Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

A refund will be issued less the original shipping cost once the item is safely returned to our studio.

Should you wish for the order to be resent, a new shipping fee will apply

We understand that mistakes happen and will do our best to assist. However, Merle’s Garden is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
